We notice that Site Ref: 73 (Winllan Farm field) is listed again as a candidate. This site went to arbitration at the last LDP and a Welsh Office Inspector after visiting the site on more than one occasion decided that building houses on this field would seriously affect the coalescence between Penrhyn Bay and Glanwyddan. Nothing has changed here and the feeling within the residents group is as strong as ever.
Please do not allow planning permission for this Green Wedge site as it would have a detrimental effect on the local environment and community.

I object to candidate sites ref 73 - Winllan Farm and ref 104 Land by Creuddyn being included in the RLDP. This land is green wedge, a special area of conservation and site 104 contains a nature reserve. It would remove the boundary between the villages of Penrhyn Bay and Glanwyddan, have a detrimental effect on the local environment and adjoining communities
Site 73 is currently Green Wedge but does not form part of a SAC. Site 104 is does not contain a nature reserve. Both sites will be assessed for suitability for inclusion in the Deposit RLDP.
