Ymatebydd: The Llanrhos Road & Marine Terrace Residents Group

I object to candidate site 73 - Winllan Farm Field and site 104 - Land by Ysgol Creuddyn being included in the RLDP. This land is Green Wedge, a special area of conservation and site 104 contains a nature reserve. It would remove the boundary between the villages of Penrhyn Bay and Glanwyddan and have a detrimental effect on the local environment and adjoining communities.

Site 73 is currently Green Wedge but does not form part of a SAC. Site 104 is does not contain a nature reserve. Both sites will be assessed for suitability for inclusion in the Deposit RLDP.
