I object to candidate sites Ref 73 - Winllan Farm and Ref 104 - Land by Creuddyn School being included in the RLDP. This land is Green Wedge, a special area of conservation and Site Ref 104 contains a nature reserve. It would remove the boundary between the villages of Penrhyn Bay and Glanwydden, have a detrimental effect on the local environment and adjoining communities. Development of these Sites would go against your own policies as in SP/9, SP/12 & SP/13. It would also harm the natural environment which includes hedgehogs, bats, swallows, slow-worms, newts and badgers.
The exclusion of Sites Ref 73 and 104 from the RLDP.

Site 73 is currently Green Wedge but does not form part of a SAC. Site 104 is does not contain a nature reserve. Both sites will be assessed for suitability for inclusion in the Deposit RLDP.
