Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

RLDP proposal for site 7 has left a distasteful taste in our mouths, and existing private areas will be overlooked and result in an invasion of privacy.

Newid wedi’i awgrymu gan ymatebydd:

This beautiful piece of green land should always remain as it is. Building any development should not be considered.

Testun llawn:

I have recently learned about this upsetting news. This has caused a huge negative impact on many locals after hearing and reading about it initially via social media. It has very much left a distasteful taste in our mouths.

Furthermore, windows in the proposed development will overlook existing neighbouring dwellings, meaning existing private areas will be overlooked and result in an invasion of privacy. Protocol 1, Article 1 and 8 of the Human Rights Act provides for the right to peaceful enjoyment of the home and other land, including the substantive right to respect private and family life. In the case of Britton vs SOS, the courts concluded the protection of the countryside falls within the interest of Article 8 and includes the home and surroundings. The proposed development would have a dominating impact on neighbouring dwellers and the right to quiet enjoyment.

Service providers and Highways will be consulted and the site assessed for suitability of inclusion in the Deposit LDP. Design issues can be addressed at design stage.
