This additional affordable housing need should not automatically mean the Affordable Housing policy requirement will be set higher than previously. Viability is critical and any increase in affordable requirement may potentially reduce the overall number of houses delivered .

Noted. The Review Report does not state that AH percentages will increase. Affordable housing requirements and delivery mechanisms will be re-assessed as part of the LDP Review process.
