I know that we need housing (affordable) for young families and older people in the village but I think this development is far too big for the infrastructure. The village is struggling at the moment especially the doctors surgery.

Not accepted: we have been working with the local health board, who have identified a capacity concern with the GP Surgery, but they believe it can be overcome through an extension. Land for this will be allocated through the RLDP if necessary. It is up to the Health Board in discussion and consultation with local GPs to determine the format of provision and resolve any staffing issues.
A new primary school will be built as part of the 21st Century Schools Project. No other capacity concerns have been reported as part of the consultation process.
