Llanfairfechan does need more affordable homes for young families especially.
The proposed scale of the development is too large.
The local GP practice has recently had to take on patients from Penmaenmawr following the closure of the practice there.
No way the services could ope with such a large scale development.

Not accepted. The site will include an element of affordable housing. Infrastructure requirements resulting from the development has been assessed and will be mitigated for accordingly. This includes the local GP surgery.
