I object to candidate sites ref 73 - Winllan Farm and ref 104 Land by Creuddyn being included in the RLDP. This land is green wedge, a special area of conservation and site 104 contains a nature reserve. It would remove the boundary between the villages of Penrhyn Bay and Glanwyddan, have a detrimental effect on the local environment and adjoining communities
Do not allocate this land.

Site 73 is currently Green Wedge. Site 104 is does not contain a nature reserve or forms part of a SAC. Service providers and Highways will be consulted and the site assessed for suitability of inclusion in the Deposit LDP.
