Candidate Site Register

Representation ID: 27896

Received: 19/09/2019

Respondent: Ms Ann Jones

Representation Summary:

If access is via Cherry Tree Lane and Ffordd Triban then these roads are too narrow for increased traffic and heavy vehicles needed for building work. There are already problems if cars are parked in these roads when the recyling vehicles come. If cars are parked on the pavement to allow large vehicles to pass there is a danger to pedestrians, wheelchair users and people with prams.
The doctor surgeries are in Colwyn Bay where it is already difficult getting appointments for existing residents.
Is there provision for extra school children?
If this goes ahead it will destroy wildlife habitats.

Change suggested by respondent:

I request that this site (number 5) be removed from the RDLP and remain as green land
