Call for affordable housing sites

Conwy County Borough Council are in the process of reviewing the Local Development Plan (LDP). Once the replacement LDP is adopted, this will set out the land use planning policies during the period 2018-2033.

You are invited to submit affordable housing led sites for inclusion in the LDP, where at least 50% of the housing will be affordable (social rented and/or intermediate). If you have submitted the site to us previously, you do not need to send it again. If you would be interested in progressing a site already submitted for an affordable housing led scheme, please contact us, quoting the site reference and name on cdll-ldp@conwy.gov.uk

Any sites will be subject to assessment to identify issues such as flood risk, access, biodiversity, etc. If you own or know of land that may be suitable, please submit the site using the form below.

Or, if you prefer you can send us an email with details of the site(s) at cdll.ldp@conwy.gov.uk or write to us at Strategic Planning Policy, Conwy County Borough Council, PO Box 1, Conwy LL30 9GN. Please make sure any plans submitted to us clearly show the boundaries of the site and have your contact details.
