It seems that the proposed housing numbers do not match with the numbers of working people or the possibility of work so the area could become a retirement zone where all those of working age will need to move out of Conwy to find work? If people can afford second homes then they should pay a premium council tax which should mean a reduction in tax on locals. Your quiote about age structure is nonsense
