The building of 400 homes would add over 1000 people to Llanfairfechan's population. This is too great a proportional change and would place too much strain on our infrastructure. Some aspects can be mitigated (eg school) but others are more difficult (eg additional GP capacity). I would be willing to support a smaller development of perhaps 100 homes.

Not accepted: The number of dwellings that the site is allocated for will be reduced to reflect additional constraints identified. GP Surgery and schools capacity will be mitigated as appropriate through the RLDP.
