* The proposed development threatens the identity of Llanrhos and it will become part of an urban conurbation - the largest in Conwy. Moving Deganwy school away from it's catchment area will result in a significant increase in carbon footprint.
* Conwy Education Department's figures show a falling school roll therefore no new school is needed.
