Question:

I believe the Place Plan has been comprehensively undertaken and that in order for the plan to benefit from full support it should form part of the SPG

Towyn and Kinmel Bay are an asset to Conwy and bring in thousands of tourists every year. TKBVOICE and Conwy have worked very hard and the public are very much behind this initiate.

The plans proposed look great, however I am very disappointed the money and investment being put into a park in kinmel bay, when the green space near my estate has been promised goal posts months ago by the town council and we still don't have them. The goal posts were taken down and never replaced, there is currently no where for children in town to play football, living on a estate, it would be very beneficial to get some for the children. We have been told by the town council we will have to raise money ourselves to fund these so seeing these elaborate plans is very disheartening for the residents of Towyn .

I believe that much hard work has gone into a very complex and detailed place plan that deserves consideration during planning processes and other council business procesesss
