Respondent: Miss Diane Farmer

Representation Summary:

Derwen Park is a narrow cul de sac with no pavements. With the current number of houses there are problems with access for large vehicles e.g. the bin lorries, delivery vehicles, ambulances, particularly when residents have a visitor or additional car parked on the road. The grass area is also used as a play area, dog walkers and pleasant green walk through on the way from and to the village. In summary, my objection is overdevelopment causing a nuisance to residents and road users and also the indulging of a pleasant green space in the middle of existing housing.

Change suggested by respondent:

No further development of this green area.
