I object to candidates sites ref 73 - Winllan Farm and ref 104 Land by Creuddyn being included in the RLDP. This land is green wedge, a special area of conservation and site 104 contains a natural reserve. It would remove the boundary between the villages of Penrhyn Bay and Glanwyddan, have a detrimental effect on the local environment and adjoining communities.
Do not allocate site 73 in the RLDP.

Site 73 is currently Green Wedge but does not form part of a SAC. Site 104 is does not contain a nature reserve. Both sites will be assessed for suitability for inclusion in the Deposit RLDP.
