I object to candidate sites Ref 73 - Winllan Farm and Ref 104 - Land by Creuddyn School being included in the RLDP. This land is Green Wedge, a special area of conservation and Site Ref 104 contains a nature reserve. It would remove the boundary between the villages of Penrhyn Bay and Glanwydden, have a detrimental effect on the local environment and adjoining communities. The school is full. The Doctor's Surgery is full. There is illegal parking and ridiculous traffic congestion every morning and evening, causing noise, pollution, road rage and inconvenience to residents.
Exclude Site Ref 104 from the RDLP

Site 73 is currently Green Wedge. Site 104 is does not contain a nature reserve or forms part of a SAC. Service providers and Highways will be consulted and the site assessed for suitability of inclusion in the Deposit LDP.
