I wish to comment on LDP plan and how it will affect Llanfairfechan. I object to the proposals in that the GP surgery is already struggling after the extra burden of Penmaenmawr patients and could not cope with extra influx. I feel that if houses have to be built they should be predominantly council i. e. social houses.

Not accepted. Land will be allocated if required to ensure that there is sufficient GP surgery capacity. An element of affordable housing will be provided on-site.
